Technical and Accounting Skills
Financial and Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and corporate accounting standards, is fundamental for preparing financial statements, managing receivables and payables, and performing account reconciliations
- Taxation Expertise: Knowledge of GST, VAT, and other statutory regulations is essential. This includes preparing tax invoices, monitoring tax liabilities, assisting with filing returns, and ensuring compliance with local tax laws
- Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Skills in recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and generating reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements are critical for accurate financial management
- ERP and Accounting Software Proficiency: Familiarity with software like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is necessary for maintaining records, processing payments, and streamlining accounting processes
- Excel and Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI enables financial analysis, monitoring trends, and preparing management reports
- Soft Skills and Management Abilities
- Effective Communication: Clear verbal and written communication is required to interact with clients, management, and internal teams, explain financial data, and resolve discrepancies
- Time Management & Organization: Managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and month-end or tax-season pressures requires excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Payout & Reimbursement : The ability to prepare & track salary payouts and reimbursements.
- Digital Financial Tools and AI Awareness: Familiarity with AI-based CRM systems and automated accounting tools is becoming increasingly important for efficiency
- Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of local and national financial regulations safeguards the organization against legal risks
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
