Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the financial strategy for the Life Insurance Broking business.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor life insurance commission income, renewal income, and persistency-related financial performance.
- Ensure accurate accounting of insurer commissions, incentives, and clawbacks.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Health Insurance Broking Company
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and budgeting for the Health Insurance Broking business.
- Monitor commission income from retail and corporate health insurance.
- Review profitability by corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance products.
- Manage premium collections and insurer settlements.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Motor Insurance Broking Company
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial strategy for Motor Insurance Broking operations.
- Monitor commission income from new business and policy renewals.
- Track profitability across private car, commercial vehicle, and two-wheeler insurance segments.
- Oversee insurer reconciliations and brokerage accounting.
- Manage receivables, premium collections, and banking operations.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Marine Insurance Broking Company
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial management of Marine Insurance Broking operations.
- Prepare financial plans, annual budgets, and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor brokerage income from marine cargo, marine hull, transit, and logistics insurance.
- Manage accounting for insurer commissions and client receivables.
- Oversee premium settlements, insurer reconciliations, and banking transactions.
