We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage Air Conditioner installation, servicing, and repair work at project sites. The candidate will supervise technicians, ensure proper installation, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise AC installation work at residential, commercial, and project sites
- Manage and guide technicians for installation, servicing, and repair work
- Ensure proper installation of Split AC, Cassette AC, Tower AC, and other units
- Monitor copper piping, wiring, drainage, and outdoor/indoor unit fixing
- Coordinate with clients and ensure site readiness before installation
- Assign daily work to technicians and monitor progress
- Maintain daily site reports and update management
- Ensure work is completed on time and as per quality standards
- Handle on-site issues and provide technical solutions
- Ensure safety and proper use of tools and materials
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in AC installation or site supervision
- Knowledge of AC installation, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to manage technician teams
- Basic understanding of copper piping, wiring, and installation process
- Good communication and leadership skills
