We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our Wellness Café team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, possess excellent customer service skills, and be capable of preparing high-quality beverages while maintaining exceptional hygiene and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, protein shakes, functional beverages, and other menu items according to standard recipes.
- Provide guests with information about ingredients, nutritional benefits, and product recommendations.
- Ensure a warm, friendly, and personalized customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining product displays.
- Support promotional activities, product sampling, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Prior experience as a barista, café associate, or food and beverage service professional is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage equipment.
- Interest in wellness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
