1. Career Advisor
2. Senior Career Advisor: 2–3 Years of experience in Sales, Education Counselling, Admissions, or Business Development.
Role Overview:
As a Career Advisor, you will guide students and professionals in making informed career decisions by understanding their educational background, career goals, and aspirations. You will counsel prospective candidates regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational pathways while assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and educational programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or institutions.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and counselling sessions in CRM systems.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and educational events as required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
