VIP Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Playwright Testing Trainer to train students and professionals in modern web automation testing. The trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-focused training, conducting practical sessions, and preparing learners for successful careers in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on Playwright Automation Testing.
- Teach Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and QA best practices.
- Conduct live coding sessions, hands-on exercises, and real-time projects.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in creating automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Train learners on API Testing, Git, CI/CD, and Test Reporting.
- Provide career guidance, resume support, and mock interview preparation.
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest automation testing trends and tools.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of Manual Testing and Automation Frameworks.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with API Testing using Postman.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Automation Testing or QA.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
- Relevant Testing or QA certifications preferred.
