About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Performance Marketing professional who can independently plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role is for someone who owns performance marketing end-to-end from strategy to execution to optimization with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Campaign Ownership
- Independently manage and scale paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Taboola, Outbrain)
- OTT platforms (Hotstar, Prime Video, etc.)
- Handle media planning, budgeting, execution, and scaling
2. Performance & ROI Optimization
- Drive measurable growth in:
- CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Continuously optimize:
- Creatives
- Audience targeting
- Bidding strategies
- Funnel performance
3. Advanced Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking & attribution models
- Analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights
4. Experimentation & Growth
- Run A/B tests across:
- Ads
- Landing pages
- Audience segments
- Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities
5. Audience & Funnel Strategy
- Build and optimize:
- Retargeting campaigns
- Lookalike audiences
- Funnel-based campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / PPC
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns independently
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
- Experience in OTT advertising platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Experience working with D2C / eCommerce brands is a plus

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
