Job Summary
Ajfan Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure timely project execution, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, workforce management, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices, site management, and safety procedures.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
