We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to drive partner acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue growth. The role involves building strong partner relationships, ensuring process adherence, and continuously improving sales effectiveness through learning and development.
Key Responsibilities1. Partner Recruitment & Activation
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in alignment with the defined sales process
- Activate partners and ensure they are set up for successful business engagement
- Build and maintain a healthy partner pipeline
2. Lead Conversion & Business Development
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups
- Ensure timely follow-up, nurturing, and closure of sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive repeat business
3. Product Knowledge & Training
- Stay updated on product offerings, new launches, and key features
- Keep abreast of process enhancements and policy changes
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to partners
4. Sales Process Adherence
- Follow the defined sales process from lead allocation to closure and reporting
- Accurately document all activities, interactions, and updates in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and ethical standards
5. Continuous Learning & Development
- Participate in training programs and skill development initiatives
- Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner management skills
- Adapt to evolving business requirements and market dynamics
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in sales, business development, Insurance, Mutual Funds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
