Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in an International Voice Process (preferred).
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
