Key Responsibilities
Identify potential leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls/emails. Reach out to prospects, introduce company offerings, and generate qualified leads for the business team. Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate product/service value propositions. Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the business development team. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced sales environments. Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and CRM concepts. Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills Internship or academic exposure in sales, marketing, or customer service. Basic knowledge of B2B or SaaS sales processes.
