We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the IT/software industry.
Tasks -
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
* Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements -
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the IT or Software industry.
* Strong understanding of IT services, software development, web/mobile development, or related technology solutions.
* Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
