JUNIOR ASSOCIATE COUNSELLOR Company Description My Healio is a Jaipur-based mental health startup registered under the iStart Rajasthan initiative, focused on providing affordable and accessible mental health support for students. Through its innovative 'Clinical-Supervised Pod Model,' the platform bridges the gap between clinical expertise and accessibility.
All services are overseen by an RCI-licensed clinical director, ensuring evidence-based care and ethical practices by the team of trained postgraduate associates. My Healio is on a mission to create a community where students can receive early intervention and peer counseling to address mental health needs.
Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Junior Counsellor. The Junior Counsellor will support clients through peer counseling and early intervention practices, assist in implementing evidence-based behavioural plans, maintain accurate case documentation, facilitate virtual counseling sessions, and coordinate with the Clinical Director for case oversight.
Additional responsibilities may include creating mental health resources to support student communities and provide outreach programs.
Full-time (day/night shifts available) 3-6 months internship period Stipend: 5-7k per month Requirements M.Phil. trainee in clinical psychology. OR Completed an MA in clinical psychology and has at least 3 months of practical experience. Well-versed in Rajasthan's culture and landscape. Can attend weekly meetings in Jaipur.
