Role:
Manage admission counsellors and tele-callers.
Monitor CRM activities, lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Drive admissions targets and improve team performance.
Ensure high-quality counselling and student engagement.
Prepare daily performance reports and coordinate with admissions and marketing teams.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in admissions, tele-calling, CRM, education marketing, or customer relationship management.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹13,178.79 - ₹42,332.78 per month
