Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, billing, and export documentation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, sales and purchase accounting, e-commerce billing, and financial record management. Proficiency in Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting Software and Tally Prime.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Record sales, purchase, bank, and journal entries.
- Prepare and manage GST invoices and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Process purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage e-commerce billing and invoicing activities.
- Prepare export invoices and maintain export documentation.
- Coordinate export-related accounting and documentation requirements.
- Verify shipping, commercial, and financial documents related to exports.
- Follow up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding payments.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Mandatory experience in Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting Software.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation compliance.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Knowledge of export documentation, export invoicing, shipping documents, LUT, IEC, commercial invoices, packing lists, and related export processes.
- Experience in e-commerce accounting and billing.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience in E-commerce or Manufacturing & Packaging industry preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
