Regional Sales Manager (RSM)- Thrissur & Palakkad
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting for the region.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support business growth.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Organize training and development programs for sales staff.
- Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and support the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or regional sales leadership.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and market data.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
