- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor service quality, food presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams for efficient operations.
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular and VIP guests.
- Monitor guest reviews and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure a welcoming and hospitable environment at all times.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain employee discipline.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and service standards.
Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Control food, beverage, and operational costs.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
- Review daily sales reports, cash handling, and billing accuracy.
- Implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Business Development & Marketing Support
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to increase guest footfall and repeat business.
- Develop customer engagement and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for events and special promotions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
