Position: Merchandiser

Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Industry Preference: Textile/Fabric Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers regarding fabric inquiries, orders, and requirements.
- Prepare quotations, order details, and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch departments for timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records and order status reports.
- Assist the marketing team in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Handle sample development and customer communication.
- Monitor order progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of textile fabrics and marketing will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- textile Graduate / Diploma.in textile
- Candidates with Textile Fabric Marketing experience will be preferred.
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
