We’re looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Junior 3D Animator to help us build immersive web experiences and cinematic digital scenes.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about real-time 3D, shaders, motion, and interactive storytelling — someone who loves creating visually impressive scenes rather than just traditional animation work.
What You’ll Work On
- Creating high-quality 3D scenes for modern websites
- Character and object animations
- Shader/material creation and visual effects
- Lighting, atmosphere, and cinematic camera movement
- Optimizing assets for web performance
- Collaborating with developers and designers to create interactive experiences
Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Blender / Maya / Cinema4D or similar tools
- Experience with animations, rigging, and scene composition
- Knowledge of shaders, materials, and lighting
- Understanding of real-time workflows (Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, Unreal, Unity, etc. is a plus)
- Ability to optimize 3D assets for web usage
- Good aesthetic sense for cinematic and high-end visuals
- Portfolio showcasing animation and scene work is mandatory
Bonus Skills
- GSAP / interactive web animation understanding
- Experience with GLTF/GLB workflows
- Knowledge of particle systems and procedural animation
- Understanding of modern web pipelines for 3D
