Job Summary
The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving operational processes to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The role involves tracking process performance, coordinating between departments, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational and production activities to ensure smooth process flow.
- Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and other departments.
- Track project and process timelines and follow up on pending activities.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in implementing process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Resolve process-related issues and escalate critical matters when required.
- Conduct regular process reviews and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or production management.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, service, or project-based environments preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
