Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support / Hardware Support Engineer to handle day-to-day IT infrastructure and employee support. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting computers, hardware, software, networking, printers, CCTV, biometric systems, and other office IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, Windows, software, LAN, Wi-Fi and internet issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT problems.
- Install and configure Windows, drivers, applications, antivirus and system updates.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and basic networking.
- Handle user accounts, email setup, password resets and access-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware records, software licenses and AMC records.
- Provide basic support for CCTV, biometric attendance, UPS and other office systems.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware repair, networking, software and AMC services.
- Maintain proper records of IT issues, repairs and resolutions.
- Support basic data backup and cybersecurity practices.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers and switches.
- Knowledge of printers, scanners, CCTV and biometric systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle IT support independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
