About GLT
GLT (Girly Little Things) is a young, founder-led fashion brand built around modern femininity, confidence and everyday girlhood.
We're looking for a creative Content Editor who can help us turn our raw content into beautiful, engaging and highly shareable Instagram content.
This isn't just an editing job. We want someone who understands what makes a girl stop scrolling.
What you'll be doing
- Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks and short-form video content
- Turn raw shoot footage into high-retention, aesthetic content
- Edit founder-led videos, talking videos, BTS, product videos, GRWM, styling videos, UGC etc.
- Add hooks, captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects and trending audio where appropriate
- Keep up with current Instagram/Reels trends and identify trends GLT can adapt
- Create different versions of content and test different hooks/editing styles
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple pieces of content
- Maintain a consistent GLT visual identity
- Work closely with the founder and marketing/performance team
- Understand briefs and independently suggest creative ideas
- Help build a strong library of recurring content formats for GLT
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
