About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities and bring interior design projects for our company. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, client acquisition, and sales skills with the ability to connect with homeowners, commercial clients, architects, builders, and real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new interior design projects.
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Build relationships with homeowners, businesses, architects, builders, and property consultants.
- Schedule meetings and project discussions for the design team.
- Understand client requirements and present company services effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Maintain a database of leads and update sales activities regularly.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
