Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts, travel agency partnerships, and group tour leads.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and secure annual contracts.
- Site Inspections & Proposals: Conduct property tours for event planners, corporate bookers, and wedding organizers, while delivering tailored sales pitches.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the revenue management, front desk, and food & beverage teams to ensure client requests are seamlessly met.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and industry changes to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Pay: ₹14,213.03 - ₹45,000.00 per month
