Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Welcome visitors, answer and direct calls, and manage correspondence (emails and mail).
- Office Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage conference room calendars, and arrange travel logistics.
- Inventory & Procurement: Track and order office supplies, furniture, and equipment while staying within budget.
- Facility Management: Serve as the point of contact for building maintenance, security, and repairs.
- Bookkeeping & Finance: Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic payroll or accounting.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, updating staff records, and organizing company events.
Required Skills
- Organization & Time-Management: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff professionally.
- Discretion: Capability to handle confidential company and personnel information securely.
Typical Requirements
- Education: A high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in office administration or clerical support.

Salary - OPEN (Depending on experience and skillset)
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
