You will take ownership of sales and business development activities to support business growth across industrial sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, networking, and market development activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC Contractors, Engineering Companies, Consultants, Dealers, and Industrial End Users.
- Handle customer enquiries, understand application requirements, and prepare techno-commercial quotations.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotation preparation, order execution, production planning, dispatch, and customer support.
- Manage key customer accounts and build long-term business relationships.
- Maintain CRM, customer database, sales pipeline, customer visit reports, and monthly sales MIS.
- Support payment follow-up and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, technical seminars, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
· • Travel regularly for customer visits, business development, and project discussions.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in Industrial Valves, Industrial Hoses, Dampers, HVAC Products, Flow Control Products, or related engineering products.
- Knowledge of B2B Industrial Sales, technical quotations, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Working knowledge of CRM / ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and manage multiple enquiries effectively.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
