Singh Empire is a growing hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality service and operational excellence. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Manager to join our team and oversee our core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Issue offer letters and manage employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary administration.
- Handle employee relations and support a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll processes, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS and Microsoft Office.

Location
Candidates should be based in Bidar, Karnataka, or be willing to relocate to Bidar.
