Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk hiring for BPO requirements.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding process.
- Manage hiring drives and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions.
Skills Required:
- Experience in BPO bulk hiring.
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
