- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Should have experience in supporting MOM applications in that past.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within retail environments.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable implementation plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow design techniques.
