Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company and its opportunities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in Oil and Gas or any other Engineering background.

Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles across various functions.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS systems.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
