Job Title: Senior Secondary Mathematics Teacher – IIT & JEE Foundation

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mathematics Teacher who can handle Senior Secondary classes along with IIT & JEE Foundation coaching. The candidate should possess strong conceptual knowledge in Mathematics and the ability to train students for board examinations as well as competitive exams through analytical and problem-solving approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for Classes IX to XII as per CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Handle IIT & JEE Foundation coaching for middle and senior secondary students.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question banks, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance analysis.
- Train students in shortcut methods, logical reasoning, and competitive exam strategies.
- Guide students for board examinations and entrance examinations effectively.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and activity-based learning techniques.
- Maintain academic records, student progress reports, and classroom discipline.
- Conduct remedial classes and additional support sessions for weak students.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and academic planning sessions.
- Support school academic initiatives, Olympiads, and mathematics-related competitions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Senior Secondary Mathematics.
- Prior experience in IIT/JEE Foundation or competitive exam coaching is preferred.
- Strong subject expertise and excellent problem-solving ability.

Salary
