Experience: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement agencies, and recruitment partners.
- Assist in attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
- BBA/MBA with HR or related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience can apply.
Primary Focus: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition with exposure to overall HR Operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Naroda I E, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
