1. Sales & Distribution (e.g., Territory Sales ,Fiber Sales Executive)
Responsibilities: Door-to-door marketing, acquiring new customers, and driving sales for broadband (X-stream Fiber), postpaid mobile, and DTH services. Build and manage retailer/distributor networks, track market intelligence, and ensure execution of plan upgrades.
Requirements: Strong negotiation, field sales skills, and a willingness to do door-to-door/area marketing. Minimum 10th,12th,ITI,Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with a two-wheeler for field roles.
2.Customer Service & Relationship (e.g., Customer Relationship Officer)
Responsibilities: Assist walk-in customers at Airtel stores or respond to queries via phone/chat. Resolve complaints, process billing, pitch plan upgrades, and drive adoption of the Airtel Thanks app.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, empathy, and comfort navigating digital platforms. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with good multi-tasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
