Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMFS) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, excellent patient-care skills, and the ability to independently manage oral and maxillofacial cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, clinical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform oral surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, impacted tooth surgeries, and minor oral surgeries.
- Manage maxillofacial trauma and other oral and facial surgical conditions as required.
- Perform or assist with dental implant and other relevant surgical procedures.
- Provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection-control, sterilisation, and patient-safety protocols.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment procedures, risks, aftercare, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate effectively with dentists, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all patient interactions.
Eligibility & Requirements
- BDS with MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS).
- Valid registration with the State Dental Council.
- Relevant clinical experience is preferred.
- Ability to independently handle routine OMFS cases is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
- Good clinical judgement and commitment to patient-focused care.
Salary: 40000 - 50000+
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
