Job Description
DECOINN – Shri Balaji Multi Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, clients, architects, interior designers, and other business customers.
- Promote the company’s interior and exterior surface solution products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- No Sales target
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in building materials, interior products, surface solutions, construction materials, or a related industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for client and dealer visits when required.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Location: Gill Road, Janta Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab
