Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and targets
- Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure product quality and process compliance
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams
- Prepare production reports and documentation
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues
- Implement safety and process improvement activities
- Manage manpower and production schedules
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and machinery

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
Experience
- 1–5 years preferred (can vary by company)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
