Job Title: Accountant cum Admin – Assisted Living Project
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to manage accounting, compliance support, and administrative activities for our Assisted Living project. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) office and be capable of handling accounting records, documentation, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance Support
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and expense records.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with the CA/audit team for financial reviews and filings.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and expense summaries.
Administration & Operations
- Manage administrative activities for the Assisted Living facility.
- Maintain resident records, agreements, billing details, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Maintain inventory records and support procurement activities.
- Handle office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Support day-to-day operational requirements of the facility.
Resident & Facility Support
- Assist in resident onboarding documentation and record management.
- Maintain service-related records and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with healthcare, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support teams.
- Respond to administrative queries from residents and their families.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) office is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Experience with Tally/ERP accounting software preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage accounting and administrative responsibilities independently.
Preferred Experience
- Candidates with exposure to GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance will be preferred.
- Experience of working with a CA will be an added advantage
