We are seeking an experienced and motivated Study Visa Counsellor to join our team at our Amritsar branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information to students and parents about study visa procedures, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- Assist students in choosing the right course and country based on their academic background and career goals.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups with leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration and visa rules and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
- Maintain proper records of student applications and follow-up status.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education consulting or visa counselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of study visa rules and application processes for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Germany, NZ and Australia.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
