We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate with different departments.
- Manage courier, mail, and office documents.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
