Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to manage and strengthen our Design Partner
ecosystem within the Home Interiors business. This role will be responsible for onboarding,
engagement, and retention of design partners, while ensuring a consistent and high-quality
partner experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with interior designers, has strong
interpersonal skills, and can balance operational execution with relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Activation
● Manage end-to-end onboarding of new design partners for the Home Interiors vertical
● Ensure partners are well-versed with company processes, tools, and brand guidelines
● Drive partner activation and readiness to start projects
Partner Engagement
● Build and maintain strong relationships with design partners
● Plan and execute engagement initiatives such as workshops, events, and regular
check-ins
● Act as the primary point of contact for partner communication and support
Retention & Experience Management
● Monitor partner performance, satisfaction, and engagement levels
● Identify potential drop-offs and implement retention strategies
● Capture partner feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and
partner experience
Community Building
● Foster a collaborative and engaging partner community within the Home Interiors
ecosystem
● Drive initiatives that encourage participation, knowledge sharing, and belonging
● Manage ongoing communication through relevant channels (WhatsApp, email,
community platforms)
Eligibility Criteria:
● 1–2 years of experience in community management, operations, or client-facing roles
● Basic understanding or interest in interior design / home interiors preferred
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
● High level of ownership, organization, and problem-solving ability
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with freelancers, creators, or partner networks
● Exposure to interior design, architecture, or home interiors industry
● Prior experience in organizing events or managing communities
