Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 30% to 45% (Book of Business Required) commission + bonus (based on experience and book of business). Get commision in the same month no 45 days waiting.

We are seeking enterpreneur mindset people with experience in Freight Broker with an active book of business (minimum 5k)to join ALG Worlwide from India.
30k INR after every 2k of GP will be given in addition to the commissions to all those who complete minimum 5k GP every month.
We have Inhouse Freight Forwarding, Freight Brokerage and well established back office support.
Managers with Performing Team are also Welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow your existing book of business.
- Identify and secure new clients and carriers to expand freight opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with customers and carriers.
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role.
- Active book of business/shippers (Must).
- Experience handling freight across multiple equipment types:
- Flatbed
- Reefer (Refrigerated)
- Dry Van
- LTL (Less Than Truckload)
- Drayage(Port/Rail)
- Strong understanding of the freight brokerage process(OTR/Drayage), logistics, and transportation industry.
- Proven track record of sales and customer retention.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems),DAT, CRM & other Logistics tools.
