Financial Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the complete finance and accounting operations of our hospitality group comprising 6 hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting teams across all properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax management, and timely finalization of accounts. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of hospitality accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Accounting
- Oversee and manage the complete accounting operations of all 6 hotels.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Supervise and guide the accounts teams at each hotel property.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports from all locations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Financial Reporting & Finalization
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure timely finalization of accounts and preparation of management reports.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle all direct and indirect tax matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts for all hotel properties.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.
- Implement cost-control measures and improve financial efficiency.
- Track departmental expenses and profitability across hotels.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting teams across all hotel locations.
- Establish standard accounting policies and procedures across the group.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of finance team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Hospitality industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multi-property hotel accounting operations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Tally, and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
