Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, communications, schedules, and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, communications, and stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Track key business initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, client engagements, and business events.
- Draft professional emails and business communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize executive records, documents, and administrative processes.
- Support special projects and operational priorities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
- Experience working with international stakeholders is a plus.
