We are looking for an analytical, creative, and results-driven French Tutor
Job Summary
- Job Type: Full-time

- Location: Ramanattukara, Calicut, Kerala
- Reports To: Project Manager / Management Team
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student's proficiency level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
- Teach core language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Cover grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and idiomatic expressions
- Develop lesson materials, worksheets, and practice exercises
Assessment & Progress Tracking
- Evaluate students' current language level at the start of engagement
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Provide constructive feedback on spoken and written work
- Set realistic, measurable learning goals with students
Student Support
- Identify individual learning gaps and address them with targeted exercises
- Build student confidence, especially around speaking and pronunciation
- Adapt teaching pace and style to suit different learning preferences
- Motivate and encourage students through challenges
Communication
- Maintain clear communication with students (and parents, if minors) about progress
- Respond promptly to questions between sessions
- Provide session summaries or homework assignments as needed
Cultural Competency
- Incorporate French culture, customs, and real-world context into lessons
- Use authentic materials such as French films, music, news, and literature
- Prepare students for real-life use of the language (travel, business, exams)
Professional Standards
- Arrive punctually and maintain a consistent schedule
- Stay current with language teaching best practices and resources
- Maintain student confidentiality and professional boundaries
