The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, promoting holistic development, and maintaining positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging daily lesson plans based on the preschool curriculum.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Conduct activities such as storytelling, music, art, games, and outdoor play.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of children at all times.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive behavior management techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings.
- Prepare teaching aids and learning materials to enhance classroom engagement.
- Maintain attendance records, student portfolios, and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support students' overall development.
- Follow school policies, safety guidelines, and educational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCEd), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or equivalent is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
