We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales
team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team, and achieving
business targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for team members
Ensure timely achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation
