We are looking for aggressive and target-driven Sales Executives who can manage on-site client handling, site visit conversions, investor meetings, and booking closures.
The role requires strong communication, convincing ability, sales discipline, and real estate closing skills.
Primary Sales Target :
- Achieve assigned monthly plotted area sales targets.
- Generate bookings through direct leads, walk-ins, broker references, and investor follow-ups.
- Contribute actively toward overall monthly team target of 30,000 SQ FT plotted area sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all incoming project leads and walk-in inquiries
- Conduct site visits and plot walkthroughs
- Explain project USP, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Coordinate with investors and broker clients
- Handle follow-ups and booking closures
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
- Coordinate with Sales Head and CP team
- Manage client hospitality during site visits
- Push same-day booking and token closures whenever possible
- Ensure strong client relationship management
Site Visit Responsibilities :
- Handle premium investor site visits professionally
- Create strong emotional and investment-driven presentations
- Coordinate site visit experience, refreshments, and walkthroughs
- Increase visit-to-booking conversion ratio
Daily Work Structure :
- Daily reporting to Sales Head
- Morning sales briefing meetings
- Lead follow-up and client coordination

Required Skills :

Experience & Eligibility :
- 3–5 years real estate sales experience preferred
- Land sales / plotting / farmhouse sales experience preferred
- Candidates with Mumbai or metro market experience preferred
- Graduate preferred
Salary & Incentive Structure :
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000
