The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), showcasing exclusive properties, and driving successful sales while upholding our company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with high-net-worth individuals, offering a seamless and professional customer experience.
- Conduct Property Sales: Present and sell premium villas by highlighting their unique features, value, and investment potential.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client preferences and provide tailored property solutions to meet their lifestyle and investment goals.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement innovative marketing strategies to reach an elite clientele using both online and offline platforms.
- Organize Property Tours: Arrange and conduct site visits to showcase villas, ensuring every interaction reflects the exclusivity of our brand.
- Expand Networks: Build and nurture a network of brokers, agents, and high-value clients to generate leads and drive referrals.
- Stay Informed: Monitor trends in the luxury real estate market, competitor activities, and premium property developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years in high-value real estate sales, particularly in luxury villas, gated communities, or premium residential properties.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining trust and professionalism.
- Professional Demeanor: Impeccable grooming, polished communication skills, and the ability to engage high-profile clients effectively.
- Client-Focused: Strong ability to understand and cater to the unique requirements of an elite clientele.
- Networking Skills: Track record of building and maintaining relationships with HNWIs and key market influencers.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to travel extensively for client interactions.
- Languages: Multilingual candidates preferred (e.g., English with additional regional or international languages).
