We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing Executive to manage our online sales operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders from various e-commerce platforms, coordinating packing and dispatch activities, and maintaining inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare customer orders, including product picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch coordination.
- Coordinate with courier and delivery partners for timely shipment handover.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock availability.
- Monitor sales, order status, returns, and customer requirements.
- Assist in maintaining product listings and basic updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure proper packaging standards and quality checks before dispatch.
- Maintain daily order and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
- Candidates should be from Kilimanoor or nearby locations.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms is required.
- Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks independently.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Experience:
Freshers with good computer skills can apply. Prior experience in e-commerce operations, packing, inventory management, or online sales will be preferred.
