We are a rapidly growing chain of Ayurvedic clinics specializing in the management of bone, joint, spine, and musculoskeletal disorders through an integrated approach combining Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Panchakarma, and lifestyle modification. Our focus is on delivering measurable patient outcomes through standardized clinical protocols and evidence-based care.
We are looking for an experienced and clinically strong Senior Physiotherapist to lead physiotherapy excellence across our clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership & Protocol Development
- Design, develop, and continuously improve physiotherapy treatment protocols for bone, joint, spine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Standardize assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and outcome measurement processes across clinics.
- Create evidence-based rehabilitation pathways for common conditions such as:
- Osteoarthritis
- Cervical and lumbar spondylosis
- Frozen shoulder
- Knee pain
- Sports injuries
- Postural disorders
- Sciatica
- Ligament and tendon injuries
Treatment Quality & Compliance
- Ensure physiotherapists across all centers consistently follow approved treatment protocols.
- Conduct regular audits of treatment delivery, patient records, and clinical outcomes.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Patient Outcome Management
- Track patient progress and treatment effectiveness through measurable clinical outcomes.
- Review cases with slow or unsatisfactory recovery and recommend corrective treatment strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and clinical results.
Clinical Mentorship & Case Reviews
- Act as the clinical escalation point for complex and difficult cases.
- Guide clinic physiotherapists in modifying treatment plans to achieve better patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular case discussions, training sessions, and skill-development programs.
Training & Team Development
- Train and onboard physiotherapists on treatment protocols, clinical documentation, and patient communication.
- Identify skill gaps and implement continuous learning programs.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with Ayurvedic doctors and Panchakarma teams to create integrated treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to treatment innovation and outcome improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred
- Valid Physiotherapy Registration
Experience:-
- 5–6 years of clinical physiotherapy experience.
- Experience in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, spine, or sports physiotherapy.
- Prior experience in protocol development, clinical audits, or team leadership is highly preferred.
- Experience working in multi-center healthcare organizations will be an advantage.
